Tender and juicy chicken thighs braised in a delicious mushroom and leek sauce, served with a side of quick steamed garlic green beans. Once you’ve enjoyed the last bit of meat off of those bones, do not discard! Store them in the fridge over night and the next morning, simply put the bones in your crock pot, cover with water, and let simmer all day. At the end of the day, strain out the bones and add in chopped kale, cauliflower, lean smoked turkey sausage, red pepper flakes, and lots of garlic. Let it simmer for another 30 minutes and then enjoy a delicious and nutritious dinner.
